ENTRY forms are now available for this year's Guardian Trophy.
The competition is the only time that the leading golfers from across the region get to compete against each other in a scratch competition.

Last year's event had to be cancelled due to a low number of entries but, with the event returning to Heys
ham Golf Club, hopes are high that the competition can return with a bang for 2008.

Winner for the last two events has been Jack Senior and he would be a potential favourite for this year's event, which will be on his home course.

The event is open to all golfers from the following 10 clubs: Bentham, Grange, Grange Fell, Heysham, Lansil, Knott End, Lancaster, Kirkby Lonsdale, Morecambe and Siverdale.

All entries should be sent to the organiser Tony Johnson, who has taken over from Mike Carney. Mike helped revive the competition several years ago and will continue to offer support for Tony.

All the details are on the online form, which should be sent direct to Tony. More entry forms will be available in clubs, hopefully from this coming weekend.

Right click on the link below and then select 'Save Target As..' and then save the file to your computer.
