NAIL products worth £2,500 were stolen from a beauty salon on Marine Road West in Morecambe between Thursday, July 31 and the next day.
THE landlord of the Lord Ashton in Lancaster came face-to-face with a would-be burglar.

Between 0.40am and 0.45am on August 3, the intruder climbed up to a third floor window at the house and broke the glass, disturbing the occupants.

The landlord described the man as white, tall, with a shaved head and wearing dark clothing.

THIEVES smashed the window of a ladies clothes shop on Market Street in Lancaster and stole designer clothing worth £1500.

They broke in to the rear yard of the property between August 1 and 2 and smashed a first floor window before reaching in and stealing the clothes by designers such as Duck and Cover and Gap.
