Forest cup tie switch
MORECAMBE FC's Carling Cup first round tie at Nottingham Forest has been switched to a Wednesday on police advice.
Forest usually play home games on Tuesdays but Notts County, whose ground is just yards away from the City Ground, have also been drawn at home - to Doncaster Rovers.
Forest will host the Shrimps on Wednesday, August 13 with the County v Donny tie played the previous night.
In last year's first ever venture into the Carling Cup, Morecambe beat Preston North End and Wolves away before eventually succumbing to Sheffield United.
