Our website gets a makeover
WELCOME to the new website for the Lakeland Echo.
The new-look lakelandecho.co.uk works differently to the old one, making it simpler to navigate and easier on the eye.
All sections are accessible direct from the home page using the drop-down menus at the top and a sitemap along the bottom. Pictures are also bigger on the new site.
Stories are divided into four main categories of news, sport, lifestyle and community, each of which leads to relevant sub-sections. Headlines and stories run across three columns.
We welcome your constructive comments and suggestions as to how we may continue to improve our online offering.
