WRESTLERS will put the 'bash' into birthday bash when Morecambe's Dome hosts 'The War On The Shore' on Saturday, April 12.
Expect a night of emotion, mayhem, surprises and exciting American-style wrestling action when the XWA presents its fifth Anniversary Show.

Five years ago local wrestling promoters Greg Lambert and Mark Kay hosted their first show at their hometown venue The Dome.

Now, 25 shows and several sell-outs later, and they are all set to celebrate this very special occasion with the best night of wrestling action Morecambe has ever seen!

Topping the bill is a British Heavyweight Championship match where the hated 'Mr Deal or No Deal' Stevie Knight will challenge the talented champion 'Wonderkid' Jonny Storm.

Meanwhile the 'People's Champion' Sam Slam gets the chance to shut the mouth of the dangerous 'Psychotic Warrior' Johnny Phere in a no-holds-barred, no-disqualification match.

Another championship fight will see 'Mexican Man of Mystery' El Ligero defend his British Flyweight Title against 'The Pocket Dynamo' Spud.

And in North v South tag team action, the popular Manchester Massive take on debuting London loudmouths The Kartel.

The show also features Lancashire's 'Dangerous' Damon Leigh, Dirk Feelgood, Zak Zodiac and 'The Heavyweight House of Pain' Stixx.

As always your MC, trying to keep control of the uncontrollable beasts of the ring, will be Morecambe's own Greg Lambert.

Doors open at 7pm and bell time is 7.30pm. Tickets cost £16 front row ringside, £11 adults, £9 children, £34 family of four, £42 family of six (family of six tickets available in advance only).

Tickets, from Morecambe and Lancaster Tourist Information Centres and the Dome box office on 01524 582803.
