THE Bedouin Jerry Can Band is playing this Thursday at the Brewery Arts Centre.
Bedouin Jerry Can Band is a collective of semi-nomadic musicians, poets, storytellers and coffee grinders from the Senai desert in Egypt.
The group's songs and poetry recall the exploits of the ancient Arabian Bedouin tribes from Senai, Jordan, Syria and the Arabian Gulf.

The group come to the Brewery as part of their UK tour and the performance promises to be like nothing ever-seen in the Brewery theatre before. Jerry cans are played as drums and infectious rhythms are created from ammunition cases, clay jugs and all manner of original and creative instruments.

To make the performance even more unique, the Jerry Can Band have been known to roast, grind and serve fresh Arabic coffee to the audience, definitely something not to be missed.

Tickets are priced at £12, £11 concessions and £10.50 Friends of the Brewery. To buy tickets call the box office on 01539 725133 or online at www.breweryarts.co.uk.
