THE second concert in Brantwood's winter series features the acclaimed Benyounes String Quartet playing Haydn, Mozart and Mendelssohn on
Saturday, November 22.
The quartet, formed in 2006, comprises Zara Benyounes (violin), Emily Holland (violin), Sara Roberts (viola) and Kim Vaughan (cello). The group is committed to bringing music to audiences outside the traditional concert hall venue–- ideal for the Brantwood concert series in the very special setting of John Ruskin's drawing room and
provides a platform for young professional musicians.

The programme for November 22 is:
* Haydn op. 20 no. 4
* Mozart Quartet in G KV 387
* Mendelssohn

Quartet in A minor op.1.

The Brantwood concerts begin at 7pm. Tickets are £12 and include wine and canapés served during the interval. Pre-booking is essential as tickets are limited – call 015394 41396. Details are also available on the www.brantwood.org.uk site. LEFT: Girl power goes classical with the Benyounes String Quartet.
