Town offers art trail with museum twist
VISITORS to Kendal town centre can enjoy an arts trail around businesses and other venues there thanks to a joint project by Green Door Studio Artists and Kendal Museum.
The Big Inspiration Art Trail and Exhibition runs until Saturday, April 26, and embraces art, science and history.
Shops from Kirkland to the town centre are displaying the work of Green Door Studios , all based on objects from the museum.
As well as the work featured in the shops, there will be plenty of inspired pieces on show at Kendal Museum's gallery area.
The museum is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5pm.
