Drink driver loses uninsured van and spends night in cells after being stopped near Garstang
A drink driver had his van taken off him after being stopped by police on the M6.
The Lancashire road policing unit stopped the vehicle overnight on Sunday on the M6 at Garstang after officers saw the driver struggling to drive in a straight line.
He was found to be more than twice the legal limit for alcohol.
The man was taken to a cell overnight and his van was also seized for having no insurance.
