1. Bill's Burgers van, Cheapside, Lancaster
Popular street trader, Bill Flynn, more commonly known as Burger Bill, is a bit of a legend around Lancaster for his burgers. He sources local produce where possible and is proud to boast that his burgers are 100 per cent beef and local. 2. Wibbly Wobbly Burger Bar, Pendle Avenue, Lancaster University
The team behind Wibbly Wobbly describe themselves as "more than just a burger bar". "In fact, we’re the only burger specialist in Lancaster," they say. They pride themselves on high quality and inventive burgers and offer a menu of meaty and meat-free, fully customisable burgers to suit all tastes. The team of skilled chefs use locally sourced ingredients and freshly baked buns. Currently closed until the first week in September with the exact reopening date to be confirmed. 3. Bull Beck Snack Bar, A683, Hornby Road, Caton

4. BB's Snack Bar, Southgate, White Lund, Morecambe
